The Mercy Of God

The Mercy Of God
=================
The mercy of God is that He would sent us to where we belong.
To banish us from the face of the earth and perhaps spare us from hell.

Heaven... should be the last thing on our mind.
You Oh Lord is just and cannot stand the sight of Sinner like us.

Your eyes are too pure to approve evil, And You can not look on wickedness with favor.
(Habakkuk 1:13)

Eternal damnation is what we deserve Oh Lord.
Yet in order for Sinful man like us to dwell in your present Oh Lord.

You have sent your only begotten Son as a ransom from our Sin.
To make us a people holy and without blemish to the Lord.

So that Your justice could be satisfied.
And that your wrath against us may be appease.

Oh Lord how great is your Love!
Oh Lord if you have a challenger who would be your equal.

A love that is so amazing so divine that a king should come this low to dwell among us.
Even to the shedding of thy royal blood for us in that cruel cross.

You alone Oh Lord Is my God and my King.
None but thee is worthy of praise!

Oh Lord if you could forgive our Sin.
Nothing is impossible for you!

Oh may the peace of God be with us..
How sweet the sound.

Yet one should tremble at the utterance of it..
For it was brought with a great price.

~1 John 4:10
New American Standard Bible (NASB)
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

~Colossians 1:15
New Living Translation (NLT)

Christ Is Supreme
15 Christ is the visible image of the invisible God.
He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,[a]
16 for through him God created everything
in the heavenly realms and on earth.
He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—
such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.
Everything was created through him and for him.
17 He existed before anything else,
and he holds all creation together.
18 Christ is also the head of the church,
    which is his body.
He is the beginning,
supreme over all who rise from the dead.[b]
So he is first in everything.
19 For God in all his fullness
was pleased to live in Christ,
20 and through him God reconciled
    everything to himself.
He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth
by means of Christ’s blood on the cross.
21 This includes you who were once far away from God. You were his enemies, separated from him by your evil thoughts and actions. 22 Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.
23 But you must continue to believe this truth and stand firmly in it. Don’t drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News. The Good News has been preached all over the world, and I, Paul, have been appointed as God’s servant to proclaim it.

~Galatians 1:4
New Living Translation (NLT)
4 Jesus gave his life for our sins, just as God our Father planned, in order to rescue us from this evil world in which we live.

~Ephesians 3:18-19
New Living Translation (NLT)
18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
