Will you lose your salvation?

Will you lose your salvation?
===========================

When one says you will lose your salvation.

They have doubt the sovereignty of God.

They does not trust in the work of Jesus Christ.

They have put the glory of God at stake. (Isaiah 48:11)

A person will not lose the salvation which God has granted as a gift to that person. (Ephesians 2:8)

God is not a man. When He give something, He is certain. He will not keep giving and taking it back like an indecisive human (Numbers 23:19)

He will not give you salvation when you are good and take it back when you are not good. No one is good except God alone.(Luke 18:19)

So we can rest assure when God gives, It is because of His mercy, not because you are good.

If someone does not behave like a Christian, it simply shows that he have not received the gift of the holy spirit in the first place. (Titus 3:5)

If God wants you to be save, He will ensure that you be saved. (Philippians 1:6)

No one will know who is saved. (John 3:5-8)

The only way to know is by observing their fruit. (Matthew 7:16)

Even then no one can be certain. For salvation is of the Lord. (Psalm 37:39 ; Jonah 2:9)

Therefore Work hard to show the results of your salvation with fear and trembling, to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen. (Philippians 2:12;2 Peter 1:10)

Work out your salvation with fear and trembling doesn't teach you to attain salvation by the things you do.

what it is saying here is that if you continue to walk with God you will be more and more assured that you are indeed saved.

It is God that we are worshiping, therefore we must give our thought to God in priority instead of man.

Our heart must be after God own heart. We must be God-centered and not man-centered when interpreting the scripture.

If "John" have been scolding vulgarity and sinning everyday, then "John" have a great reason to fear if he really have been saved.
(1 John 3:9;1 John 5:18)

It is not for us to determine who would be saved. (John 3:5-8)

It is God who determine who will be saved (Ephesians 1:5;11)

The Lord have shown you mercy.

Please do not offer up yourselves like sheep to the slaughter house.
(Colossians 2:8;Romans 16:17;Jude 1:17-19;1 Corinthians 10:15;1 Corinthians 2:15 )

Colossians 2:8 New Living Translation (NLT)
8 Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers[a]of this world, rather than from Christ.

1 Corinthians 10:15 New Living Translation (NLT)
15 You are reasonable people. Decide for yourselves if what I am saying is true.

1 Corinthians 2:15 New Living Translation (NLT)
15 Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others.

God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?

Isaiah 48:11 NKJV
For My own sake, for My own sake, I will do it; For how should My name be profaned? And I will not give My glory to another.

Philippians 2:12-13 NLT
Dear friends, you always followed my instructions when I was with you. And now that I am away, it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.

II Peter 1:10 NKJV
Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble;
