The problem of pain

When we are single, we are dying to get married.

Because God has blessed man with marriage.

Genesis 2:18

New King James Version (NKJV)

18 And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”

When we are married, we struggle all the way through.

We yearn the blessing there is in marriage but are unable to experience it to the full.

We wonder why is life this way...

The bible tells us it is because of sin in our life.

Because man has rebel against God and chose to disobey Him.

Therefore man is cursed.

Unless we are reconcile to God again, we will continue to be cursed.

Genesis 3:16-17
New Living Translation (NLT)

16 Then he said to the woman,

“I will sharpen the pain of your pregnancy,
    and in pain you will give birth.
And you will desire to control your husband,
    but he will rule over you.[a]”
17 And to the man he said,

“Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree
    whose fruit I commanded you not to eat,
the ground is cursed because of you.
    All your life you will struggle to scratch a living from it.

Sin is not eating the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Sin is the act of rebellion against God.

Eating the fruit is not serious.

The seriousness is in the rebellion.
